I read the following article http://tinyurl.com/395heka in the September issue of Pensions Insight which discusses the uncertain UK commercial property market. I must say it does nothing to indicate a levelling out let alone a sustainable recovery in the sector, which probably means that finance for property development will still be scarce and that employment prospects for sub contract labour remain thin.
